The Advanced Light Source (ALS) invites you to participate in the upcoming annual ALS User Meeting to be held August 12–14, 2024, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Exhibitor tables will be open on Days 1 and 2 of the meeting (August 12–13). This year, exhibitors will be closer to the crowds, with tables amidst the action-packed poster session and reception area on Monday and Tuesday. The ALS community looks forward to meeting with you! Gold-Level Exhibitor – $1500 (sixteen available)

Reception-Level Exhibitor – $2000 (three available)
Your company will receive official recognition as a sponsor of the reception with the following benefits:
- Gold-Level Exhibitor benefits, plus
- Company logo prominently displayed on the reception table
- Company marketing materials displayed at the registration desk
Platinum-Level Exhibitor – $5000 (one available)
Your company will receive official recognition as the only Platinum sponsor, with the following benefits:
- Reception-Level Exhibitor benefits, plus
- 30-second video advertisement provided by the exhibitor and featured on the auditorium screen during breaks; this will be viewed by in-person and online participants
- Company featured prominently as the Platinum Sponsor on the website and printed materials, digital displays around the meeting venues, and auditorium screen during breaks
Award Sponsor – $1000 (three available)
Your company will receive the following benefits:
- Choice of award to sponsor: Shirley Award for Outstanding Scientific Achievement, Halbach Award for Innovative Instrumentation, and Renner Award for User Services (read more about User Meeting Awards)

Student Travel Sponsor – $500
Help make travel to the ALS User Meeting possible for a non-local graduate or undergraduate student. Students may apply during registration and recipients will be determined by the Users’ Executive Committee. Your company will receive the following benefits:

Friend of the Advanced Light Source – $300
If you are unable to attend the User Meeting, your company may still offer support to the ALS. As a Friend of the ALS you will receive official recognition as a sponsor, with the following benefit:
