Exhibitor Location
We are excited to have our exhibitors join us the first two days of the User Meeting, August 12–13, 2024.
Catering and exhibitor space will be located in Building 7W, next to the ALS Building 6 patio. This is a new, tent-like structure that will be used for staging equipment for the ALS upgrade.

Instructions for Arrival
- Access and parking: We ask that you please carpool. Only one parking pass may be issued per exhibitor. Your registered names will be at the gate and you will be emailed a parking pass a few days before the meeting.
- Arrival time: The tables will be ready by 8:30 am. Parking is challenging, so we recommend arriving by 9 am at the latest to find a parking spot and set up your equipment
- Shipping materials in advance: If you need to ship materials in advance, please email Shawna Vila-Flores so that we may arrange storage space
Registering and Selecting a Table Number
Registration is done through the Exhibitor Registration Webpage.
Table numbers will be assigned on a first-come basis. Contact Shawna Vila-Flores with your preferred table numbers.
Note that registration fee for exhibitors includes two attendees. If you have additional people joining you, please have them register as general attendees and email Shawna so that we have enough chairs available at your table.
