We are excited to have our exhibitors join us on the first two days of the User Meeting, August 11–12, 2025. If you are available, we invite you to stay an additional day and participate in the workshops on August 13.

Lodging
Lodging is not provided as part of the User Meeting. However, there is a block of rooms being held at the DoubleTree. Please book your room early, as reservations are on a first-come basis.
Government employee rate is $146/night (reservation link)
Non-government rate is $190/night (reservation link)
Parking
Plenty of parking is available at the Double Tree, and a $20 daily parking fee.
Exhibitor Location
Exhibitors will be in the Bayview Ballroom, which is a short walk from the main conference rooms. All snacks and meals will be served in the center of this space, as well as the poster session.

Instructions for Arrival
- Exhibitors may arrive and set up their equipment starting at 7:30 am, before the continental breakfast begins at 8:00 am.
- The ballroom where exhibitors are being hosted is accessible by walking through the main entrance, and taking a right just after the registration desk.
- Shipping materials in advance – If you need to ship materials in advance, please email Shawna Vila-Flores so that we may arrange storage space
Registering and Selecting a Table Number
Registration is done through the Exhibitor Registration Webpage.
Table numbers will be assigned on a first-come basis. Contact Shawna Vila-Flores with your preferred table numbers.
Note that registration fee for exhibitors includes two attendees. If you have additional people joining you, please have them register as general attendees and email Shawna so that we have enough chairs available at your table.
